These terms and conditions govern the use of ReelsonCasino (“the Casino”, “we”, “us”). By registering an account, a player confirms they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms below. Continued use of the site constitutes ongoing acceptance of any future updates to this page.

1. Eligibility

Winnings can only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for a deposit, up to the amount deposited through that method; any excess is routed to a supported alternative method at the player’s choice. The Casino reserves the right to apply reasonable transaction fees where imposed by a payment provider, and to decline a withdrawal method not compliant with local financial regulations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonuses page in addition to the general rules below:

• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, address, email address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit or the bonus and related winnings are forfeited.
• The Casino reserves the right to void winnings resulting from bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-accounting, exploiting a software error, or betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering with minimal risk (such as covering opposite outcomes on the same market).
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn, amended or restricted to specific regions at the Casino’s discretion, with reasonable notice given where possible.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games use random number generators independently tested and certified for fairness. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, malfunctioning game rounds are voided and any wagers returned to the player’s balance. The Casino is not liable for losses resulting from a player’s own internet connectivity issues, device malfunction or third-party software interference.
